When you book or contact us we may collect your name, phone number, email address and information relevant to your appointment, which can include health information you choose to share.
How bookings are handled
Online bookings are made through Timely, a third-party booking platform. Information you enter when booking is stored and processed by Timely under its own privacy policy, and is available to Rachel's Cosmetics so we can provide your appointment.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your appointments, provide care, send appointment reminders and respond to your enquiries. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

This website does not use advertising cookies. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you personally.
Keeping information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by sending a message through the contact form or on Instagram.
