Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every treatment begins with a consultation, so we can talk through your goals, your health history and your options. No treatment goes ahead without one.
How long does an appointment take?
Appointment lengths are shown when you choose a time in the online booking. If you are unsure which to pick, book a consultation and Rachel will guide you from there.
Where is the clinic?
Rachel treats at La Bella Skin & Brows, Shop 26, Miami One Shopping Centre, 1934 Gold Coast Hwy, Miami QLD 4220, on the Gold Coast.
Is Rachel registered?
Yes. Rachel is a Registered Nurse registered with AHPRA, registration number NMW0002567152. You can check it yourself on the AHPRA register of practitioners.
How do I book?

What should I tell Rachel at my consultation?
Your goals, your health history, any medications or supplements, allergies, and anything you are unsure about. The more Rachel knows, the better she can advise you.
Will I be pressured to book a treatment?
No. A consultation is a conversation. You can take time to think before deciding anything.
Can I change or cancel my booking?

How much will it cost?
Costs are explained clearly at your consultation, before any treatment goes ahead.
What aftercare will I receive?
You will receive written aftercare guidance that suits your treatment, and Rachel will check in with you afterwards.
Will it hurt?
Comfort varies from person to person. At your consultation Rachel will talk through what you can expect and how to keep you comfortable.
Is there any downtime?
It depends on the treatment and on you. Rachel explains what to expect afterwards, and what to avoid, at your consultation.
I live elsewhere on the Gold Coast. Can I still visit?
Yes. Clients visit Miami from across the Gold Coast, including Burleigh Heads, Mermaid Beach, Broadbeach, Varsity Lakes and Robina, and some travel from Brisbane and northern NSW.
Do all treatments carry risk?
Yes. All treatments carry risk and results vary from person to person. Rachel will explain the risks that apply to you before you decide.
